Adopting a Dog from ARF
Untitled Document

Adopting a dog is a huge commitment and is something that should be done only after careful and thoughtful consideration. Remember, when adopting a dog, you are agreeing to care for that animal for the rest of his or
her life. The selection and interview process that ARF utilizes is thorough and not a process that can be rushed.

To see our available dogs for adoption, please visit our Adoption page. These listings are updated several times a week with new available dogs. New dogs are available each week, so please come back if you do not fall
in love the first time you visit ARF's dogs. You'll be glad you did!

In Memory of Our Bingo

On March 5, 2008, our Bingo boy left us for the Rainbow Bridge. Bingo came to us over 6 years ago as a stray. He was with us for almost 2 years before he was adopted to what we thought would be his forever home. After only a few years, he was returned to us for unknown reasons. Due to his age, and the fact that he was a large mix breed, we knew that Bingo would most likely live out his life with us at ARF which was perfectly ok with us.

Over the last three years, Bingo became our "boy". Volunteers and visitors alike could usually find him lying in the sunshine in his yard or sleeping soundly under the tub - a place he had made his own. Though he could be a bit grumpy at times, he stole the hearts of many with his sweet face and his little black tongue.

We want to thank all the people that provided support to Bingo over the years. We will miss him terribly but are grateful to have had him in our lives.
