Donate on behalf of a rescued dog in need

Many of our rescued dogs need special care, such as surgeries or other extensive medical treatment.  Others don't seem to sell themselves well at adoptions - even the sweetest dogs can go unnoticed by potential adopters, simply because they are shy or too "average" looking. Or maybe you have fallen in love with a dog you saw on our adoptions pages or at the ARF facility, but you are unable to bring an animal into your home right now.

For all of these reasons, we have created the Sponsor-A-Dog Program, which allows you to donate on behalf of a specific dog at ARF.

How does it work?

If you already know which dog you would like to help, simply click here to proceed with your secure online tax-deductible donation.  If you would like to sponsor a dog but don't know which one, you can just state that your donation is for a “general sponsorship.”  Those dogs who do not find their forever home right away thank you for your thoughtful consideration of being a sponsor.
