Adoption Application
Untitled Document

Every dog at ARF has already been abandoned at least once in their lifetime. We are looking for loving, permanent homes for each dog in our care, no matter how long it takes.

We ask that you fill out a fairly simple, straightforward application. If we deem that you would provide a good home for the respective dog and we feel that it is a good match for both of you, then we can proceed with the adoption of your new best friend!

The adoption fee is $175.00.
(Includes all shots, rabies, heartworm test, microchip, and spay/neuter)

Although most people wishing to adopt an ARF dogs are wonderful, we reserve the right to refuse any adoption applicant for any reason.

Thank you for your interest in adopting an ARF dog. It is very important that you fill out this application completely. If you feel that a question does not apply to you, please type "Not Applicable or N/A."
